Hostel Project

Pal Boudha is one of the smallest and deprived monastery in Nepal. Our monastery urgently need funding to improve the living conditions of the sangha. We have Thirty monks and twenty children living in the monastery. At present, accomodation facilities are inadequate and extremely over-crowded. We have a total of eight wooden huts and two halls. 30 monks are living in the main hall and 20 children are staying at the smaller hall. This results in unhygienic conditions and affects the well being of all the occupants.

This kitchen serve the whole monastery and it is just a hut covered with canvas.
There are no proper cooking or dinning area.

Volunteers from local village doing the cooking
